Decorations - Alot of different kinds of box cars, camp fires, different trees and brush
shops made out of box cars
Rides - beaten up old train as the hobo express, The box car swing,
coasters and the cars are made of box cars
food - hobo soup, hobo hotdogs, spam, hobo sloopy joes, hobo chicken wings
wall - run down wooden walls, cardboard boxes walls, Broken brick walls

are you sure this should be a theme of its own? Seems to me like this could be folded into one of the existing themes...

What kind of thugs will be in this? Hobos usually are associated mainly with trains. Wouldn't this be better off in Railroad Tycoon. I mean if we did Hobo-land we could to Bum-land, Transient-land, Homeless-land or Unemployed-land, but to name a few. Take your pick as they are all in someway related to one another. How about "Nowhereman"-land? Cause I don't see this going anywhere. Nice try though

Reason for decision of rejection is the concept is not a place, or theme area, but rather a plight of individuals. This doesn't qualify for a theme of its own.
