Before You Register, please read - How to join and get started with TPB3D
Before you decide to register to post in the forums. We stress this to save you wasting yours and our time. Do not register with email accounts from the following list. The new accounts and all posts will be deleted. Gmail, Hotmail, AIM.com, Hotmail.uk, Sify Mail. Again, before you join, do not register with these email service accounts or your account here will be deleted through the system. This is policy of these forums because of previous spammers and other people doing malicious things to this community. Remember this forum is to assist in the development of this game and community, so when a person comes in and does something bad, they not only hurt others but also hurt themselves in delaying the new game's release to everyone including you. Please when registering respect this policy. One last note. If you register with a phony made up email address, you will not be able to view the entire forum and join up. You must use a real email address otherwise you are again wasting your time. Registrations are approved via moderator review. All new registrants postings are moderated unless they are known in the community already. Once we know you are not a spammer we will consider removing that moderation on your message posts. We do not allow html url tags in signatures, this is because we don't tolerate spammers. Anyone spamming the forums or advertising will find their account deleted asap and their email, IP and username listed at STOP FORUM SPAM. We only want people interested in contributing to this project such as a developer so that it can become a viable working game for everyone to enjoy. Registrations are on Fridays Pacific Standard Time and are only selectly Admin approved. These forums are mainly intended to help foster the development of a game which you also enjoy as well for free.....thanks!

Welcome aboard this open source "FREE" 3D amusement park game that will eventually be internet savvy and allow you to build giant 3D amusement parks with rides you and distant friends can ride online together. To use the rest of the forums as a resource make sure that you read the rules before joining. You can read the rules HERE. Now as far as getting started, the first thing you will need to do is get a registered account to the forums. You can do this by selecting a user name and password when you go to create a new log-in account. Once this is done you will be prompted for certain information. Make sure to use an email address that is not fake. Accounts that are from hotmail, sify.com, gmail and yahoo will no longer be accepted and deleted. This is because of past abuses by users of those accounts. Nobody in the forums can see your real email address except an administrator if required to do so. Failure to register with this real email will lead to deletion and upon registering a second time a permaban from the domain altogether. We will not tolerate spammers or those looking to cause issues with this community.

Once you have registered you must check your email for the mail from the forum. In that email will be a link you must click to validate the account. DO NOT let the account linger more than 5 days after registration or it could be deleted and you have to start over again. Once this is done, you will see the forums. Here are a few helpful suggestions.

We recommend rather then just diving into the forums, to instead use the New Visitors Center section of the forums. In there you will find many starter items and places to help get you familiarized with this bold and large project and its many aspects, what it can and cannot do. The first thing to do is say hello to the community. We have a section at the top of the forum called *****YOUR BIG PARK INTRO***** and this is the place where you can post your first topic and introduce yourself. Let us know if you have programing ( c + + ), modeling, sound recording, graphic arts design and even web site skills. Are you a ride historian with great knowledge of amusement parks and their rides, let us know? You will find this is the best and most friendly way to greet the community as we are always happy to see new people when they visit the site.

The TPB3D F.A.Q. "Frequently Asked Questions" is another place to read up on what is going on. It answers some very basic and simple questions about the project, and might save you the embarrassment of asking a common question asked many times before your arrival. Most people hate answering the same question so we added the basic most asked questions here.

The How to use the Forums topic gives you more insight into using the forums and reinforces what you are reading here. You can actually see this now and the suggestion is that you read a few more things about the forums, before joining and posting to them.

Official Game Design Document This free download has a lot more compiled data and information feature for feature of the "Theme Park Builder 3D" application. We suggest after registering and again before posting to the forums, that you read through this. It may answer all of your questions and once you have read through it, you will understand many things and feel much more comfortable participating in them with your friends here.

Finally, make sure to read the forum rules after registering, they are located here
